Adiõs featured in Forbes for festive cocktail recipe

Downtown Birmingham bar Adios has already received national attention for its atmosphere and cocktails and now the bar’s owner is being spotlighted for one of his festive, holiday cocktails recipes.

In its list of the best festive tequila cocktails, Forbes highlighted Adiõs co-owner and beverage director Jose Median Camacho for his take on the classic Mexican Hot Ponché. The cocktail is a hot punch that features tequila and apple cider along with fortified wine and spices.

Earlier this year, Adiõs was named one of the top 15 tequila bars in America. The bar, created by Camacho and his partner Jesus Mendez, opened in November of 2023.
