Alabama drops to No. 7 in AP Top 25 after loss to Vanderbilt

Alabama's loss to unranked Vanderbilt caused the biggest shakeup, dropping the Tide from No. 1 to No. 7. The last top-ranked team to fall that far was Ohio State in 2010, when the Buckeyes fell to No. 11. Texas, after being dethroned for one week, is back at No. 1. The Longhorns have a bye this week and now prep for No. 18 Oklahoma. Alabama wasn't the only SEC team to get knocked off. Tennessee fell to unranked Arkansas, dropping the Vols from No. 4 to No. 8.
