Billy Joel postpones concerts for four months as he undergoes surgery

Billy Joel has announced that he will be postponing his concerts for four months due to a medical condition that requires surgery.

While Joel did not say what the medical condition was, he noted that he must focus on his health and that he is expected to make a full recovery.

Joel's first concert after recovery will be July 5 in Pittsburgh. All of the dates he has postponed have been rescheduled.
