Several agencies were involved in a manhunt after a man was found shot to death in Cullman early Sunday morning.Cullman police say they got a call at 2:40 a.m. about a shooting at the Cullman City parking deck. Officers arrived and found Roberto Juarez Ramos, 23, of Blountsville dead at the scene. Later in the morning Walker County Sheriff's deputies located and arrested Christopher Dean Eugene Brown, 20, of Empire, with assistance from Sumiton police. Brown has been charged with murder.No information about what led to the shooting has been released.
