A national boxing-inspired group fitness workout center franchise has opened its first location in Alabama.
Rumble Boxing is located at 2528 Enterprise Drive in Auburn, next to Party City.
Founded in New York City in 2017, Rumble Boxing delivers 45-minute, 10-round, strength and conditioning group fitness workouts.
Participants can jab at teardrop-style aqua boxing bags and undertake high-intensity strength training circuits to increase stamina and strength.
The Auburn location is one of several locations opening in California, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Indiana, Texas and other states. Rumble Boxing has also hit new markets, such as Las Vegas, Tempe and Denver.
Rumble Auburn is owned by Helena and Stephen Coates, small business owners and parents to three kids.
