Alabama A&M has announced a 'change in leadership' at the top of its football program.

On Monday, Director of Athletics Dr. Paul A. Bryant revealed that Connell Maynor, the University's head football coach, has been relieved of his duties "effective immediately."

Maynor took the reins of A&M's football program in 2018, compiling a 29-20 overall record during his time in Huntsville.
