Charges have been dropped against one of two suspects in a capital murder case in Bessemer.Tyler D'King Andrews, 20, of Bessemer was shot outside a convenience store in the 2900 block of Dartmouth Avenue on April 11. He was taken to UAB Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.Later that week the Bessemer Police Department arrested Michael Earl Hill, Jr. and Corey Jamaal Little in the case. Both 21-year-old men were charged with capital murder.After a preliminary hearing this week, the charges of capital murder, attempted murder and robbery against Corey Little were dismissed. A court document said, “...no probable cause exists to believe that the defendant committed the charged crime..."Hill remains in the Jefferson County Jail charged with capital murder with no bond in this case.
