Could Alabamians see Northern Lights on New Year's Day?

FACES IN THERE. NOT A LOT OF THEM STICK AROUND THOUGH, SO HOPEFULLY PEOPLE CAN THIS YEAR. ABSOLUTELY. THAT WOULD BE THE THAT WOULD BE THE IDEAL THING. RIGHT. TO WELCOME THEM ALL. ALL RIGHT. LIKE I GO AND I HAVEN’T BEEN INSIDE A GYM IN A LONG TIME. ALL RIGHT. 51 DEGREES. THE HIGH TEMPERATURE TODAY. MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES. WE’RE STARTING OFF PRETTY CHILLY. AND THEN TOMORROW MORNING, WE ARE DOWN INTO THE 20S. SO TOMORROW MORNING, EXPECTED TO BE EVEN COLDER. 26 IN HAMILTON, 28 IN GADSDEN TO START THE DAY. YOU CAN SEE IN KENNER DOWN TO 2726 IN ATTALLA. SO SOME MID 20S HOKES BLUFF THERE CENTRE DOWN TO 26 HIGH TEMPERATURES OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS, EXPECTED TO NEAR 50 DEGREES. SATURDAY. WE ARE GOING TO BE COLD ALL DAY. IT WILL BE SUNNY, WE’RE DRY, BUT WE’RE STARTING IN THE MID 20S AND THEN YOU’LL NOTICE ONLY GETTING INTO THE MID 40S BY THE AFTERNOON. STILL A LITTLE BIT OF WIND AROUND TWO ON SATURDAY. AND THEN HERE COMES OUR NEXT STORM SYSTEM ON SUNDAY. I THINK SUNDAY DURING THE DAY IT WILL BE WET AT TIMES AND IT WILL LIKELY BE COOL DURING THE AFTERNOON. SOME LOW 50S AND THEN TEMPERATURES WILL LIKELY CLIMB ONCE WE GET INTO THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS OUT AHEAD OF THIS NEXT FRONT. AND SO WHILE DURING THE AFTERNOON WE’LL HAVE SOME RAIN, AT TIMES I DON’T THINK IT WILL RAIN ALL DAY. AND THEN TEMPERATURES COULD EVEN BE WARMER ONCE THE SUN GOES DOWN OUT AHEAD OF THE FRONT. THE BULK OF THE RAIN, EVEN SOME A FEW EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE TOO, ESPECIALLY ONCE WE GET INTO SUNDAY EVENING, SUNDAY NIGHT, AND THEN WE START TO DRY OUT BY DAYBREAK ON MONDAY. AND THAT’S WHEN THE TEMPERATURES ARE REALLY GOING TO START TO DROP. NOTICE BY ABOUT THE MIDDLE OF THE IN THE MORNING ON MONDAY 9 A.M., YOU CAN SEE NUMBERS ARE DIPPING DOWN BELOW FREEZING IN SOME SPOTS, BUT I THINK BY THEN THE MOISTURE IS OUT OF HERE. AND THEN ON TUESDAY. TUESDAY IS A DAY WHERE TEMPERATURES REALLY DON’T RECOVER ALL THAT MUCH. AND BY TUESDAY MORNING, NOTICE IT’S 6 A.M. ON TUESDAY, WE’VE GOT WIND CHILL VALUES THAT ARE DOWN INTO THE TEENS IN A LOT OF LOCATIONS. 17 DOUBLE SPRINGS, 19 JASPER 19 AND TALLADEGA 18, AND ANNISTON AND HIGH TEMPERATURES ON TUESDAY ONLY EXPECTED TO BE IN THE 30S. SO WE WILL STRUGGLE TO GET OUT
