A Russian airstrike has hit a care home in the northern Ukrainian city of Sumy. The five-storey building housed about 211 elderly people with reduced mobility. Ukrainian authorities said at least one person had died and more than 12 had been injured. In footage released by Ukrainian officials, rescuers helped the residents, many of whom appeared to struggle to walk, to leave the building. Moscow has repeatedly attacked Sumy, which borders Russia's Kursk region
