Carlee Russell was seen leaving her attorney's office in Birmingham Friday morning prior to the Hoover Police Department's announcement that she will be charged for her actions.In a Friday afternoon press conference, police revealed that Russell is facing two misdemeanor charges after lying to police about being kidnapped and seeing a child along the side of I-459 in Hoover.Warrants were put out for her arrest for false reporting to law enforcement authorities and falsely reporting an incident. Carlee Russell was seen leaving her attorney's office in Birmingham Friday morning prior to the Hoover Police Department's announcement that she will be charged for her actions.
In a Friday afternoon press conference, police revealed that Russell is facing two misdemeanor charges after lying to police about being kidnapped and seeing a child along the side of I-459 in Hoover.
Warrants were put out for her arrest for false reporting to law enforcement authorities and falsely reporting an incident. Russell turned herself in and was released from jail after posting bond Friday.
