BIRMINGHAM, Ala. —
A ruling was made regarding a homicide investigation in Birmingham back in September.
The Birmingham Police Department reported Tremayne Long, 37, of Bessemer, was found suffering from a gunshot wound at a package store on 3rd Avenue West about 12:40 a.m. Sept. 20.
Long later died at a hospital.
