Gadsden police officer in hospital after early morning crash
A police officer continues to get medical care after a crash in Gadsden Saturday.The Gadsden Police Department reported on social media the officer was returning home after his shift in the early morning hours when wreck happened.The police department said no other vehicles were involved and the officer was taken to UAB Hospital in Birmingham after suffering serious, but non life-threatening injuries.The cause of the accident is under investigation and more details will be released when available, said Gadsden Police.Stay up-to-date: The latest headlines and weather from WVTM 13
GADSDEN, Ala. —
A police officer continues to get medical care after a crash in Gadsden Saturday.
The Gadsden Police Department reported on social media the officer was returning home after his shift in the early morning hours when wreck happened.
The police department said no other vehicles were involved and the officer was taken to UAB Hospital in Birmingham after suffering serious, but non life-threatening injuries.
