Gov. Ivey deploying 125 more Alabama soldiers to US southern border

Gov. Kay Ivey announced on Friday that Alabama will deploy more soldiers to the southern border. The 125 soldiers with Hartselle's 152nd Military Police Company will serve about 400 days on this mission. “Over the last four years, securing the southern border has not been a priority for the Biden-Harris Administration, creating devastating consequences for every state. They are from Mobile's 226th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade and Tallassee's 158th Surface Maintenance Company. Those companies will begin the process of returning from the mission in phases.

Gov. Kay Ivey announced on Friday that Alabama will deploy more soldiers to the southern border.

The 125 soldiers with Hartselle's 152nd Military Police Company will serve about 400 days on this mission.
