An Emergency Missing Child Alert has been issued for 1-year-old Kahleb Rowan Collins Tuesday.The child was last seen on Sept. 4 in Winfield, Alabama, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.The Fayette County Sheriff's Office originally stated that he was reported missing on Dec. 9, one day after a deadly crash. The crash was near the Glen Allen community on County Road 73, according to Fayette County deputies.
