TONIGHT. LET’S GET STARTED WITH JACKSON HOLE AND HOSTING THE ROLLING HERD OF PARKER RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE, THE MUSTANGS WERE HUNGRY TO GET A WIN AFTER TWO DISAPPOINTING LOSSES. BUT PARKER WOULD NOT LET UP THE ENTIRE GAME, THANKS IN LARGE PART TO JORDAN CRAWFORD STEAMROLLING THE MUSTANGS TO CRUISE TO AN EASY VICTORY. PARKER WINS 49 TO 6 AND SYLACAUGA ON THE ROAD TO ELMORE COUNTY COUNTY TO TRY AND GET A WIN EARLY IN THE SEASON. BUT THE ELMORE COUNTY PANTHERS PROVED TO BE TOO POWERFUL FOR THE AGGIES WALKING AWAY WITH A 35 TO 7 WIN. WELL, ALL WEEK LONG WE’VE BEEN GETTING READY FOR OUR HIGH SCHOOL HUDDLE GAME OF THE WEEK. LET’S GET OVER TO WVTM13’S KARI OSEP, WHO SPOKE TO BOTH COACHES AHEAD OF THE MATCHUP. WHO DOESN’T LOVE AN IN-TOWN RIVALRY FOR WEEK THREE OF HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL? WELL, THAT’S WHAT’S ON TAP. WHEN TWO HOOVER SCHOOLS MEET ON THE GRIDIRON TOMORROW NIGHT, OUR GAME OF THE WEEK IS SPAIN PARK AND HOOVER. YOU KNOW, WHO WOULDN’T WANT TO BE A FOOTBALL PLAYER IN ONE OF THESE GAMES WHERE THE ENTIRE TOWN IS OUT WATCHING THE GAME? IT’S GOING TO BE A NICE ATMOSPHERE, GOOD WEATHER. YOU KNOW, WE KNOW THEY’RE GOING TO BE PREPARED AND THEY’RE, UH, THEY’RE GOING TO IT’S GOING TO BE A HECK OF A BALL GAME BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU HAVE TWO IN TOWN. RIVALS SUITING UP AGAINST ONE ANOTHER WHILE HOOVER HOLDS A 19 AND THREE RECORD IN THIS OVERALL SERIES. AS THE JAGUARS ENTER THIS WEEK, TWO AND ZERO, FACING A BUCS TEAM THAT’S ZERO AND TWO. BUT RECORDS ARE OUT THE WINDOW. THEY’RE OH AND TWO IS VERY MISLEADING. YOU KNOW THEY’RE THEY’RE STILL A GOOD FOOTBALL TEAM. THEY HAVE VERY GOOD PLAYERS. THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD COACHING STAFF AND THOSE KIDS KNOW HOW TO WIN BOTH HEAD COACHES IN YEAR TWO WITH THEIR TEAMS. COACH WALDROP SEES THE STRIDES THE CARCASS HAS TAKEN IN HIS SECOND YEAR. YOU KNOW, THEY’VE GOT SOME REALLY TALENTED FOOTBALL PLAYERS. YOU CAN SEE THAT, YOU KNOW, THEY’VE DONE A GOOD JOB COACHING THEM. SO IT’S A GOOD, GOOD TEAM. THEY’RE TWO AND ZERO, YOU KNOW, I KNOW THEY FEEL A LOT BETTER RIGHT NOW THAN PROBABLY WE DO ON OUR SIDE. YET NEITHER TEAM UNDERESTIMATING EACH OTHER WHEN THEY MEET UNDER THE LIGHTS ON FRIDAY. YOU KNOW I LIKE THE DIRECTION THAT WE’VE MOVED IN THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS. WE WERE VERY INEXPERIENCED FOOTBALL TEAM. WE FELT LIKE THE FIRST TWO GAMES HAVE HELPED US GAIN EXPERIENCE. THIS GAME IS GOING TO BE, YOU KNOW, JUST ANOTHER EXPERIENCE GOING ON THE ROAD FOR US. BUT IT’S A REGION GAME AND AND IT MATTERS. THEY’RE A REALLY THEY’RE A PHYSICAL TEAM. THEY’RE GOING TO PLAY HARD. UH, THEY GOT SOMETHING TO PROVE AND WE DO TOO. SO LIKE I SAID, IT’S GOING TO BE A 12 ROUND HEAVYWEIGHT BATTLE. THAT’S WHY WE TRAIN AS HARD AS WE DO EVERY DAY. YOU’VE GOT TO PLAY WELL IN YOUR REGION IN ORDER TO SET YOURSELF UP TO PLAY IN THE PLAYOFFS AND THIS REGION IS TOUGH TOP TO BOTTOM AND OUR REGION STARTS OFF WITH A RIVALRY GAME RIGHT OFF THE BAT. SO I MEAN, THE ENERGY, THE EMOTION, THE EFFORT, IT’S ALL GOT TO BE VERY IT’S GOING TO BE HIGH AND THE EFFORT’S GOT TO BE VERY HIGH. THE WIN WOULD BE GREAT FOR OUR KIDS COMMUNITY. AND PLUS,
