I’M GLADYS BAUTISTA. TONIGHT WE ARE LEARNING A FAIRFIELD MAN IS NOW BEHIND BARS, ACCUSED IN THE DEADLY DOUBLE SHOOTING AT A FUNERAL REPASSE IN BRIGHTON. JUST OVER A WEEK AGO. COURT DOCUMENTS SAY JAMES ABERCROMBIE, THE THIRD, FACES SEVERAL CHARGES, INCLUDING CAPITAL MURDER OF TWO OR MORE VICTIMS. INVESTIGATORS BELIEVE HE IS THE MAN IN THIS SURVEILLANCE VIDEO WHO OPENED FIRE IN FRONT OF THE BRIGHTON COMMUNITY CENTER LAST FRIDAY, KILLING DEANGELO SAMUEL AND RODERICK HALL. BRIGHTON, Ala. —

A man has been arrested and charged in a double homicide investigation in Brighton.

According to court records, James David Abercrombie III was charged with capital murder in the shooting deaths of D'Anjelo Samuel and Roderick Hall.

A court document showed the victims were shot with an unknown rifle.

The incident happened just after 2 p.m. Dec. 13 outside the Brighton Community Center.
