Man recovering from weekend shooting in Midfield
Jefferson County deputies are investigating an apparent shooting in Midfield last weekend.The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office released information Oct. 15, which said deputies were called to the 900 block of 9th Street about 1:46 a.m. Oct. 13.The JCSO said deputies found a 22-year-old man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds and he was taken to UAB Hospital.The injuries were considered to be not life-threatening.
