One of two people jailed on murder charges in the death of their infant child is out on bond.Ashley Jacks, of Ashville, has been released from the St. Clair County Jail after her bond was reduced from $1 million to $100,000.She and the baby's father, Joshua Lovechio, each face one count of felony murder in the death of their infant daughter.In May 2021, the baby was taken to Children's of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham, where she died from injuries consistent with child abuse, according to Sheriff Billy Murray.Jacks has a jury trial set for Oct. 30 in Pell City. Lovechio remains in jail with a $1 million bond. His trial is set for Sep. 18.
