Law enforcement obtained arrest warrants for the mother of a Mountain Brook 10-year-old who was killed in a July crash.Annabelle Mullican, 10, another juvenile and a woman were taken to the hospital around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, after a violent crash on Cherokee Road, according to the Mountain Brook Police Department. Annabelle later died from her injuries.
