NEW Chinese buffet restaurant to move into former Red Robin in Trussville

Joy East Buffet is opening its first restaurant in Alabama at The Pinnacle in Trussville, according to SRS Birmingham

Formerly a Red Robin, the new buffet-style restaurant will specializes in a number of traditional Asian-inspired dishes including:

• Sushi
• Hibachi
• General Tso’s chicken
• Egg rolls
• Dumplings
• Soups 

First Joy East Buffet in Alabama

A casual family friendly restaurant with a large open dining area, the Joy East Buffet is expected to open in the middle of 2025. The location at The Pinnacle will be the restaurant’s first in Alabama.
