New housing development opens in Leeds

LEEDS, Ala. (Trussville Tribune) -- A new community celebrated its grand opening this week in Leeds, offering homes in the city starting at $264,900.

Smith Douglas Homes held an official ribbon cutting ceremony for the new development–Dansby Valley–joined by the Leeds Chamber of Commerce and Mayor David Miller.

Homes in Dansby Valley range from 1,215 to 2,565 square feet and 3 to 5 beds.

The community is located at 1001 Pinnacle Parkway and zoned to Leeds City Schools.
