Oneonta announces new retail shopping center

The City of Oneonta has announced a new retail shopping center is coming to town.The development will be located off Highway 75 near Walmart and Blount County Tractor and Equipment.The shopping center will feature national stores including Marshalls, Five Below, Ulta, and Rack Room Shoes, with the potential for additional stores, according to the city. A grocery store will be added at a later time.The city said the property will also include several outparcel lots for future development.The more than 40,000-square-foot project was developed through a partnership of the City of Oneonta, Noon Realty and the Blount County Commission.
