Police said the toddler's injuries are life-threatening.Three others in the car hit by the victim's vehicle suffered injuries in the collision and went to the hospital. And in this case, we had an adult male in the car with who we believe to be his children," Fitzgerald said. "And someone chose to shoot into that vehicle, and unfortunately, he's deceased.
