Reward doubled to help find Cullman County woman missing since 2009

A reward for helping find a missing Cullman County woman has doubled.
Cullman County District Attorney Champ Crocker posted on social media that the reward in Tabitha Franklin's missing person case is now $20,000.
Franklin, a mother of three children, went missing from the West Point community of Cullman County Aug. 13, 2009.
