The larger, upgraded location will be designed to serve more guests, reduce wait times and improve overall convenience.

According to the Birmingham Business Journal, SRS Real Estate Partners’ Birmingham office purchased two acres of land and sold it to Chick-fil-A, allowing the restaurant to expand its existing 39,172-square-foot property with a renovation that includes a bigger dining area, improved drive-thru lanes, and more efficient service for an enhanced customer experience.
