Are you a LEGO and Minifig enthusiast? A new store near the Vestavia Hills City Hall Complex is the place for you.

Bricks & Minifigs, a new and used LEGO toy retailer, opened its second location in Alabama earlier this month. The LEGO “wonderland” is located at 1056 Montgomery Highway, at the former site of Pinnacle, Cards & Games.

LEGOS equal creativity

Derby Track at Bricks & Minifigs in Vestavia Hills

According to J.R. Hazelwood, the manager of Bricks & Minifigs, this family-oriented shop is magical for children and adults alike.

“LEGOS equal creativity. They are meant to be built and taken a part in your own way. When you come into a store like this, it makes LEGOS come to life!”

In addition to buying, selling and trading LEGOS, the store has a party room featuring a race track!

Here is what you can do when you rent the room for 90 minutes:

  • Build your own car for race track derby use
  • Spend time minifigure-making
  • Bring in treats and drinks to celebrate any occasion

A maximum of 12 children can participate.

Below is a video of the derby track and photos of the bins filled with LEGOS and Minifigs.
