Some Alabama absentee voters receive already-sealed envelopes because of weather
Some Alabama voters have discovered that when they tried to mail in their absentee ballots, the return envelope was already sealed.A representative of Jefferson County's absentee election office confirmed that there was a storm when some of the ballots were mailed to voters.
