The Birmingham Police Department announced a suspect has been arrested and charged in a fatal shooting at Birmingham's Railroad Park.A news release from the BPD stated D'Quan Wilson, 20, faces a warrant for murder and is in the Jefferson County Jail with no bond.The arrest comes after Morgan Martin, 28, of Marietta, Georgia, was shot and later died at UAB Hospital July 23.
