A trial date has been set for the five people charged in a brawl at the Montgomery Riverfront.According to NBC affiliate WSFA, two of the five suspects, Mary Todd and Richard Roberts, appeared before a Montgomery Municipal Court Judge Sept. 1 and pleaded not guilty to the assault charge against them.Two other suspects charged with assault, Zachary Shipman and Allen Todd, pleaded not guilty earlier this week through their respective attorneys.The fifth suspect, Reggie Ray, who was seen wielding a folding chair, is charged with disorderly conduct and also pleaded not guilty earlier this week through an attorney.A trial date has been set for all five suspects on Sept. 26.
