Matildas fans all over the country shook the ground as they celebrated Australia's historic victory over France in the 2023 Women's World Cup. There was a similar reaction thousands of feet in the air as fans on an Emirates flight couldn't contain their excitement after the tense penalty shootout. However, one traveller was spotted continuing to watch Lord of the Rings: Return of the King during the tense game
