Another person received minor injuries during the incident.According to the sheriff's office, 20-year-old Ke’Andre Fuller and his twin brother, Ke’Autay Fuller, are both suspects in the shooting.Around 9 a.m. Monday morning, U.S. Marshals with the Gulfcoast Fugitive Task Force took Ke'Autay Fuller into custody while surveilling a set of apartments on Martin Luther King Drive in Fairfield.A short time later, a Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputy assigned to the aforementioned task force made contact with Ke'Andre Fuller. The deputy was able to negotiate Fuller's surrender, taking him into custody in the 900 block of Milstead Road in Fairfield around 11:30 a.m.The twins are charged with capital murder, as well as discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle and three counts each of attempted murder.
