Victim identified after drive-by homicide in Ensley

The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a homicide in Ensley.When police arrived around 7 p.m. to 31st Street, a person was found shot and lying on the ground. The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a homicide in Ensley.
