Sebastian Stan’s girlfriend Annabelle Wallis made a rare comment after he snagged a Best Actor Oscar nomination for his role in The Apprentice.

The Peaky Blinders alum, who has been dating Sebastian Stan for two years, made a rare comment about their relationship while reacting to the news he received a Best Actor in a Leading Role Oscar nomination for his portrayal as Donald Trump in The Apprentice.
In an Instagram Story shared Jan. 23, Annabelle posted a screenshot of the announcement that displayed Sebastian’s name next to the other nominees writing, “Sebastian!!!! Yeaaaaahhhhh!!!!.”
In another post, the 40-year-old celebrated Sebastian and his The Apprentice costar Jeremy Strong, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actor.
“These two Oscar nominees!!!,” she wrote over a black and white image of Sebastian and Jeremy. “Congrats @gabrielsherman a huge part of getting them here. Both Oscar nominated. I can’t believe it.”
Sebastian snagged his very first Oscar nomination. The Avengers star will face off against Timothée Chalamet (A Complete Unknown), Ralph Fiennes (Conclave), Adrien Brody (The Brutalist) and Colman Domingo (Sing Sing) in the stacked category.
The 42-year-old, who was born in Romania and came to the U.S. as a child, also shared his reaction to the news, in a heartfelt note reflecting to his journey.
"I can’t believe I'm in Romania while receiving this news,” Sebastian said in a statement to Entertainment Weekly. “It's surreal. I'm stunned. I’m speechless. I’m humbled. I guess this is what they mean by the American Dream. I'm so grateful to everyone who made the impossible, possible. Thank you to the Academy for this brave recognition."
Annabelle has been on the frontlines of support for Sebastian since the start of awards season. The duo—who have been linked since 2022—appeared alongside each other and showed off some rare PDA at the 2025 Golden Globes.
In fact, Sebastian and Annabelle put their love on display when he accepted the award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture—Musical or Comedy for his role in A Different Man. Before taking the stage, the “I, Tonya” actor kissed his leading lady and then gave her a sweet shoutout.
“Annabelle,” he said as he pointed in her direction from the stage. “I love you.”
