In the department's Facebook post, it reads, "We know that each firefighter will exhibit our motto of Excellence Through Service."The celebration became even more special as firefighter De'Angelo London proposed to his girlfriend on stage, in front of everyone.There was a firefighter promoted to the rank of lieutenant who was recently injured while saving three people during an apartment fire. Chief Cory Moon says he received a standing ovation.
