The youngest daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards—who also share 20-year-old daughter Sami—detailed her recent experience getting baptized after experiencing her “deepest depression” in a rare social media update.
“My testimony,” Lola, 19,explained in a Jan. 22 Instagram post. “There was a moment where I realized I hit rock bottom. I felt so lost and hopeless, and was just doing my best to make it to the next day. I just accepted my life was going to be like that forever, and thought I would never genuinely laugh again.”
And the teen, who shared Jan. 3 that she had been baptized, detailed how finding her faith brought her out of her lowest point.
“I can’t really explain it other than it was supernatural, but Jesus met me exactly where I was, and He forever became my sun,” Lola added. “I began to trust Jesus with my life, when He chose me when no one else did, and loved me when I didn’t feel worthy of love.”
She emphasized that she does not believe she would be where she is without her newfound faith.
“Jesus is the only reason why I’m here today and made my life worth living,” she continued. “I chose to get baptized at the beginning of this year, because I made it through this year only by the strength of Jesus, and I am so happy to go into this next year, after publicly declaring Jesus as my Savior. I am forever saved by His grace, through Faith.”
Amid her rare life update, Lola also updated her Instagram biography to read, “Saved by His grace” and appears to be planning a launch of a faith-based podcast, which she also linked to, calledHeavenly Bonded.

Meanwhile, Charlie—who is also dad to daughter Cassandra, 40, with his high school sweetheart and 15-year-old twin sons Bob andMax with exBrooke Mueller—has shared that being a dad helped him pull himself out of his own dark place, revealing in 2023 that he was six years sober.
“I have a very consistent lifestyle now,” the Two and a Half Men alum explained to People at the time. “It's all about single dad stuff, and raising my 14-year-old twin boys Max and Bob.”
Charlie noted that he began his sobriety by taking it, quite literally, one step at a time.
"I think the first month I was like, I'm going to give it a month, just see if I feel any better, and if my interactions with those that are closest to me improve," he explained. “And they did. And I'm like, all right, I'm going to go another month. And then it got traction. I had momentum.”
As he put it, “There was just instant evidence that this was the side I needed to be on. I couldn't be in denial about it anymore.”
