WELL, IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW NEEDS A PLACE TO GET OUT OF THE HEAT, THERE’S SOME HELP AVAILABLE IN THE CITY OF ANNISTON FROM FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY, THERE WILL BE A PUBLIC COOLING STATION AT THE BRIDGE AT ANNISTON FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH. THERE ARE ALSO TWO OTHER SHELTERS OPEN THIS WEEK. ONE AT THE RIGHT PLACE AND ANOTHER AT INTERFAITH MINISTRIES OF CALHOUN COUNTY. YOU CA

Extreme heat is expected this week, and a cooling station will be open soon to help provide some relief.
