"How many chances is he going to get?"Zyyon Sanders is in Metro Jail, accused of shooting Joseph Evans Jr. at Dauphin Gate Apartments.Sanders was on bond for a separate murder and was wearing an ankle monitor, according to Blackwood."From what I understand Sanders allowed his ankle monitor to go dead after 5 p.m. and within four hours had committed the murder," Blackwood said.Evans shared his grief upon hearing the news."When I got there all I just was son and was laying there," Evans said. "And I said please son get up and he never would move. It be a third time for someone family to go through what me and the first family done went through. So I hope justice has been served."Court documents reveal that bond has been revoked for Sanders and his brother Kevin, who are co-defendants in the 2022 murder of D'Angelo Wallace.That trial is scheduled to start in January.

An Alabama man out on bond for murder is accused of killing Joseph Evans at a Mobile apartment complex Monday night.
