A man faces a charge in relation to a shooting incident in the Bremen community Friday.The Cullman County Sheriff's Office said deputies were called to the scene Jan. 24 and found one person with multiple gunshot wounds.The victim was taken to an area hospital, and the person's condition was not released at this time.The sheriff's office said the suspect left the scene but was located in Winston County and arrested.The CCSO said Richard Vitkauskas, 52, of Bremen, was taken to jail.The sheriff's office conferred with the district attorney's office, and charged Vitkauskas with domestic violence first degree/assault first degree.“The safety and security of our citizens of Cullman County will continue to be our top priority.
