A man died at a hospital after an incident at a state park lake in Shelby County.According to information from the Shelby County Coroner, Jeremy Bartalez, 21, was swimming at the Oak Mountain State Park Beach during the afternoon hours of July 3 when he was found struggling in the water.Emergency medical personnel arrived and began efforts to resuscitate him.The coroner stated Bartalez was taken to Shelby Baptist Medical Center, where he later died.Stay up-to-date: The latest headlines and weather from WVTM 13 No further information was made available.
