Man killed in northern Jefferson County crash
An investigation is ongoing after a man was killed in an early morning crash.The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said the driver of a pickup truck appeared to have left the roadway and crashed just before 7 a.m. on April 5.The wreck happened on Barber Road near Church Street in northern Jefferson County.The man was the only person in the truck and the reason for the vehicle rolling off the road is unclear at this time.
