Lashley did not play in 2022 as he worked as a member of the Mississippi State strength and conditioning staff.
Lashley spent the first four seasons of his college career at Alabama.
After a redshirt season in 2016, Lashley played in three games in 2017, eight games in 2018 and eight games in 2019. In his final two seasons with the Crimson Tide, Lashley played 136 offensive snaps.
Lashley transferred to Mississippi State in 2020, but an injury caused him to miss the entire season. He returned in 2021 to start 12 games at right tackle for the Bulldogs.
