OH WOW, TWO RELATIVES IS LUCKY TO BE ALIVE AFTER A DECK. THEY WERE STANDING ON COLLAPSED. THIS IS IN THE FAUNSDALE AREA. IT WAS AT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX FINISH AND FERNANDO JACKSON, THEY WALKED AWAY WITH A LOT OF CUTS AND BRUISES, A COUPLE BROKEN BONES AND NOW THEY’RE SUING THE APARTMENTS LEASING COMPANY. THE FAMILY IS BEING REPRESENTED BY MORGAN AND MORGAN, AND THEY CLAIM THE PROPERTY OWNERS AND OPERATORS KNEW THAT THAT DECK WAS UNSAFE DUE TO NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS BUT NEGLECTED TO CONDUCT ANY REPAIRS OR PUT IN PLACE ANY SAFETY MEASURES.
