After all, the duo—who share son Zane, 2—enjoyed their first kid-free vacation in three years at the Sandals Dunn’s River resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, earlier this month.
In photos from their trip, the Beverly Hills, 90210 star—who also shares kids Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, with ex-wife Megan Fox, as well as son Kash, 22, with ex Vanessa Marcil—and Sharna smiled wide while enjoying time together in the tropical setting. In one snap, the pair lovingly walked hand-in-hand wearing tropical gear, with Brian in a navy short-sleeved button down shirt and matching swimsuit and Sharna sporting an off-white, floor length sundress and sunhat.
In another pic, the Dancing With the Starsalum donned a red bikini as she and Brian stood in the crystal Jamaican waters, wrapped their arms around each other and smiled back at the camera.
The couple also celebrated their rare time without the kids with multiple social media posts, even calling the destination “paradise.”
“Our first vacation without kids in 3 years,” they shared in a joint Jan. 5 Instagram post alongside a clip of the pair kissing on the sand. “We’ve had little tripe [sic] to Vegas for events but nothing just us for this long and with no work to do. I think our last trip was our shark diving adventure in 2021.”

Noting they were “grateful we can do this with each other,” they added, “It felt right to get some us time in and focus on connection, making new memories with each other, quality time and grown up time (and some rest in there too) before 2025 gets bananas.”
After Sharna and Brian—who celebrated the news that their blended family was growing after Megan announced in November she is expecting a baby with ex Machine Gun Kelly—had returned from their getaway, they were reminiscent of their time away.

“Life has been chaos since we got back from Jamaica,” the couple wrote in a joint Jan. 18 Instagram post that included a highlight reel from their trip, “but wow are we grateful to have had the time of connection and regeneration with each other before this. We were in paradise.”
