Officials urge caution to drivers because of flooding and downed power lines
A severe thunderstorm in central Alabama caused power outages, trees down and apparent wind damage to at least one business.The Gadsden Etowah Emergency Management Agency is urging people in the area to use caution due to flooding and downed power lines.
