A Birmingham star of film and television is heading back to Alabama after selling her family’s little piece of seaside paradise.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that “Yellowstone” actress Barret Swatek is returning home once she and her husband auction off their eight-bedroom beachfront home in Maui.

Swatek, who played Victoria Jenkins on the popular series, has appeared on “American Housewife” and “7th Heaven,” and in “Lethal Weapon 4″ and “The 40-Year-Old Virgin.”

Her husband is retired hedge-fund manager Adam Weiss. Their daughter Dixon was born last year, and they also have two daughters from Weiss' previous marriage.

The couple bought the Maui home for $45 million in 2021, spending millions to renovate it.

“We just feel like we’re too far from them and from Barret’s family, and I think the baby kind of changed the equation on that,” Weiss, the co-founder of Scout Capital Management, told the paper.

The more than 21,700-square-foot home is located on Keawakapu Beach in South Maui.

The house will be auctioned April 10 and close April 22. Bids are expected to start between $17.5 million and $35 million, according to the Journal.

Swatek studied at Mountain Brook High School, the University of Arizona and Loyola Marymount University

Swatek says she wants to raise her daughter on her parents’ horse farm outside Birmingham. The couple plan to relocate to the farm and build a separate residence on the property. She said she always enjoyed a horseback ride in the afternoon after school growing up.

“I’ve really cherished how I grew up,” said Swatek.
