Two arrested after high-speed chase involving Vestavia Hills police
The Vestavia Hills Police Department was involved in a high-speed pursuit Wednesday night.It began around 8 p.m., with a vehicle leading more than a half dozen police vehicles through several busy intersections before it was stopped near the 500 block of 80th Street North.According to Vestavia Hills Police Captain Shane Ware, two arrests were made following the pursuit; the suspect's charges are unknown at this time.Stay up-to-date: The latest headlines and weather from WVTM 13 No injuries were reported during the incident.This is a developing story and will be updated as information becomes available.

The Vestavia Hills Police Department was involved in a high-speed pursuit Wednesday night.
It began around 8 p.m., with a vehicle leading more than a half dozen police vehicles through several busy intersections before it was stopped near the 500 block of 80th Street North.
