Vehicle reportedly struck and killed Anniston man while on Talladega County road

The Alabama State Troopers reported an Anniston man was struck and killed while standing in a roadway in Talladega County.According to a news release, the state troopers said Davis Turner, 20, died at the scene on Priebes Mill Road, a few miles north of Talladega.Information in the news release stated Turner was a driver involved in a previous crash and had exited his vehicle and was standing in the road when struck at about 3:19 a.m.Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency's Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
