THE FOLKS AT NEWHOUSE WILDLIFE RESCUE SAY THE ANIMAL HAD ITS HEAD STUCK IN A PLASTIC BOTTLE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. THE RESCUE CENTER, ALONG WITH LOCAL ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS, WERE ABLE TO CAPTURE THE COYOTE AND THEN REMOVE THE CONTAINER. AS YOU CAN SEE, THE ANIMAL WAS IS OUT OF THAT WAS BROUGHT BACK TO THEIR FACILITY FOR CARE AND NOW HE’S FEELING BETTER

Members of a wildlife rehabilitation facility in Massachusetts helped a coyote pup escape a bad situation and reunited it with its family.Newhouse Wildlife Rescue in Chelmsford, which is outside of Boston, said it was called in to help the male pup, which had its head stuck in a plastic container for at least two days in the area of Billerica and Tewksbury.On Tuesday, June 20, Newhouse Wildlife employees and Massachusetts Environmental Police Officer Dewayne Taylor were able to find the coyote, capture him and remove the container from his head.Video below: Coyote pup has his head freed from plastic containerThe rescue said the young pup was clearly in shock, his gums were pale and he was a bit disoriented and dehydrated, so the coyote was brought back to the Newhouse Wildlife facility for care.Newhouse Wildlife Rescue shared on its Facebook page that the coyote pup was feeling much better Wednesday morning.Someone who saw the pup struggling with the container on its head told Newhouse Wildlife that its parents were still around and where to find them. Thanks to that person, the coyote pup was able to be reunited with its family on Wednesday."It took a village, but this guy's life was saved because of it," the rescue wrote on Facebook.
