A Madison County teen died early Saturday in a single-vehicle crash two miles north of Huntsville, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said.
The 17-year-old from the Toney community was fatally injured when the 2015 Hyundai Sonata the teen was driving left the road and hit a telephone pole, ALEA said.
The accident happened on Jeff Road at approximately 4:15 a.m. The teen was not wearing a seat belt.
ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division continues to investigate.
