Arrest made in deadly Brookside shooting

PRIOR RELATIONSHIP WITH THAT MAN AND IN BROOKSIDE, POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING A DEADLY SHOOTING THAT HAPPENED NEAR A CHURCH. YES. SO IT HAPPENED AT THE VILLAGE CIRCLE HOUSING COMPLEX NOT TOO FAR FROM SAINT NICHOLAS RUSSIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH. TWO MEN WERE SHOT, ONE UNFORTUNATELY DIED. THE OTHER VICTIM WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL WITH SERIOUS INJURIES. Upon arrival, police found two men suffering from gunshot wounds; David Frazier, 43, of Birmingham was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was taken to an area hospital.
